Summary: Preferencing this review- we did have issues with this property and initial communication was not good. Also this house is located on a VERY BUSY street. The house was very clean. Our issue is that the water had a very HEAVY sulfur smell from both the toilets and kitchen sink. It was so overwhelming that the house smelled like sewage when the kitchen sink was turned on or the toilets were flushed. Everyone in our party agreed we would not bathe in the water and it was not consumable with the smell. We could not get in touch with management on the first night despite outreach by phone and through VRBO app. Because of the smell we left the house and checked into a hotel. After a few days back and forth, the management company did state they will issue a refund. I wanted to wait on the final review to see if the refund did post to my account- but alas time was running out. I do appreciate that they did indeed finally agree to a full refund (albeit still waiting for it ).
