Welcome to our cozy, spacious, light-filled retreat set back on 5+ acres in the Catskills. New build, designed by us! Less than 10 min from skiing in Hunter or Windham and close to hiking, shopping, and restaurants. Enjoy the seasonal indoor wood stove/fireplace, south-facing windows, mountain views, Brooklinen robes, Malin + Goetz bath products, fully-stocked kitchen, fresh local coffee, heated bathroom floors, board games/puzzles/books, Solo Stove firepit, outdoor barbecue/dining area, W/D, and more! New construction, completed 2025! The property is a 2-story home with double-height ceilings, floor-to-ceiling South-facing windows, and a sustainable energy design controlled by a thermostat, wood stove, and heat-controlling fans. Set back more than 700 feet into the property, the cabin manages to feel cozy and secluded while also being super close to skiing, shopping, and other activities! Occasional visible neighbors, depending on the weather (which may mean seeing part of a house, or seeing or hearing a piece of equipment like a tractor. Country life! :) ).

Heat and A/C
- Most of the home is open-concept (kitchen, living room, partially enclosed loft) and climate-controlled by a mini-split
- Loft and main bedroom both contain fans with winter settings and summer settings
- Bathrooms have their own heated floors
- Main bedroom stays cozy in winter and cool in summer. It is not connected to the main mini-split heating and cooling, but has its own mini heating unit in case you want to get super cozy.
