Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: House clean and neat on the inside. Owner was available for every call and took immediate action to correct issues.

Negative: -Location, didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood. Multiple times police came through with blue lights on. -House smelled of Weed -Towels smelled of weed. Had to go buy new towels -Coffee Maker was very dirty with slimy moldy water, took apart and washed but couldn’t use it because dirty water continued to come out. -Tub/toilet leaked and got water all over the bathroom floor. -Thermostat wouldn’t hold and during the night house dropped to 58-60 degrees. -power went out twice, breaker kept tripping -no laundry machines. -toilet stopped up, owner brought a plunger -No ceiling lights that work, lamps in bedrooms only. Owner brought me a lamp for the living room that one of the two lights worked.
