Summary: First of all the property is a good value for the price. I'm not normally overly critical, that being said there were a few issues. Number one the curb appeal leaves a lot to be desired. The exterior was dirty and dingy looking. Most of the screens had holes in them. Number two the interior photos are accurate. There was a musty smell which we took care of with some lysol air freshener. It appears to be coming from a leak under the kitchen sink. The interior appeared to be pretty clean, but after walking barefoot around the home the floors weren't real clean, lol. The blinds upstairs all had broken pieces with no curtains to block the light. She see thru curtains downstairs offer zero privacy. We put a sheet over the front window. The area itself was very quiet which we liked. There were plenty of deer, which my wife enjoyed. It seems like it just needs some TLC. There is plenty of closet space but really no dressers to store clothing in. Could also use a new coffee pot as it didn't seem to keep the coffee very hot, sorry I'm a huge coffee drinker and that's important to me. Overall I'd give it a 6 out of 10.
