Home with upstairs balcony overlooking incredible lake views from the cliff above the Dripping Springs marina/cove. Upstairs balcony comes with grill. The downstairs has 2 patios. The covered patio has hot tub. The extended uncovered patio has a fire pit with 6 custom built Adirondack chairs. 2 queen bed bedrooms, one double bed bedroom, another bedroom with 3 twin bunk beds. Two large living areas, a dining area and full kitchen with bartop. One twin hide-a-bed, and a playpen. Beautiful short yet steep walk/drive down to the marina.
