Property is located directly on the golf course with 5-min drive to High Banks Metro Park and nearby grocery stores, and 10-min drive to downtown Worthington. Private drive way and on premise parking is available for multiple cars (3).
The space
The property is huge at 3660 square feet. Plenty of room to spread out. You might even get lost. The back yard overlooks a thin tree line to the golf course. Patio has seating to take in the views, listen to birds or watch golfers walk by and try to find their ball. The loft has the softest carpet your feet will ever walk on. The loft also has a projection screen! Kids love it. The basement has a pool / pin pong table for your enjoyment.
