The layout makes it perfect for families or groups, with all four bedrooms conveniently located on the first floor, alongside a dedicated workspace for working remote (if you must!).
The main floor is open concept with the comfortable living room (fire place is not available for guest use due to insurance restrictions), dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy additional seating nook. Step outside when the weather is nice and enjoy the fire pit and outdoor seating to unwind at the end of the day.

When it’s time to explore, the charming towns of Bridgton and Lovell are only short drives away, with boutique shops and restaurants to enjoy.

Ski in/ski out is categorized as "a home within a 10 min walk of a ski lift, gondola, or cross country skiing area". We want to be transparent that the house is a 6 minute walk to the slopes and ski in when there's enough snow.

Guests have full access to the house, with the exception of a locked storage closet.

We are dog friendly and allow, well trained/house broken dogs (2 dogs, max). We must know at the time of booking and prior to your arrival if you will be traveling with your pup and have it on your reservation. There is a $125 per dog fee, which does not cover any damage or yard clean up. Please note that we do not allow cats due to guest allergies.
Absolutely no smoking inside or near open exterior doors - there is a $250 fee if this is violated.
We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video on all exterior entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.
