Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home. The approach to this property is steep on a fully paved road. All-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive would be required to access this home during snow or ice events. Snow tires and chains as well would be required in winter driving conditions. Of note, Fie Top Road is one of the best maintained roads in the county during winter driving events in order to allow skiers access to the ski area at top of the mountain.

There is so much to do around this vacation home all year-round. Harmony on Honeymoon Lane is located minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway making it a perfect location for exploring the Smoky Mountains. Enjoy a day of shopping at the local boutiques and craft shops or dining at the local cuisine in historic downtown Waynesville less than 15 minutes away. The museum of the Cherokee Indian is about 30 minutes away. While in Cherokee try your hand at Harrah’s Casino. Also located within a 15-minute drive are local micro-breweries, Cataloochee Ski Area, Tube World (snow tubing), Wheels Through Time (historic motorcycle museum, as featured on History Channels "American Pickers"), Ingles and Publix grocery stores, Walmart, and many great restaurants.

Within 30 minutes are Asheville and the Biltmore Estates & Winery, Smoky Mountain National Park, Pisgah National Forest, several golf courses, Bryson City (home of the Smoky Mountain Railway and “Polar Express" during the Christmas Holiday), Transylvania County (home of the most waterfalls in the United States), and over 100 Antique Shops.

Within 45 minutes is Hendersonville where you can visit Sierra Nevada Brewery (with enormous dining Tap Room), gem mining, white water rafting, zip-lining and much more. Just about an hour’s drive away you can get to Gatlinburg, TN and Pigeon Forge (home of Dollywood).
