Kenmore is an up and coming part of west Akron, known for its diversity and ease of commute to everything Akron Has to offer. You will be literally minutes from the freeway to this house.
The city offers many options for travel in town, whether it be by car, bike, moped. There are also Uber and Lyfts regularly available all day and night.
Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration for other vehicles in the neighborhood. The drive is shared with the neighbor, so please park near the Airbnb House. Otherwise on the street. If you happen to be visiting when our lawncare team arrives, they will knock if they need a car moved to get into the fenced in backyard. Otherwise, just leave enough room from the fence to get a riding lawn mower through (typically during the weekdays)
No smoking inside the Airbnb. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the backyard of the property. No signs of smoking should be left anywhere on premises. This includes butts left on the ground or smells in the home. A $150 fine will be assessed if we need to pick up cigarette butts on the property or fumigate prior to another guest arriving.
No parties or public events of any kind. Unless requested prior to booking. Additional fees will apply and deposit must be on file of $250.
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10 people.

Keep a close eye on your kids at all times.
Please only 1 or 2 adults on the back deck at a time. Please keep children under 16 off the back deck.
Curb your pets and comply with neighbors as far as barking complaints. Please dispose of pet waste in the trash bin outside.
Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the doors.
Report any problems and or damages in a timely manner and allow us to rectify the problem first.
