Summary: Just checked out of room 331 after a night of very little sleep. The ac unit rattled, banged, and whistled all night, regardless of what setting it was on, and it provided inconsistent cooling. The front desk was absolutely no help. When the problem was brought up to them she merely said "Yeah we've been having troubles with just that room. First it was the heat and now it is the AC." So there is a known issue with a room but they continue to rent it out and offer no remorse or apology for their faulty equipment. Essentially we received the polite version of "not my f***ing problem." At that point I had no energy to deal with more brush offs and declined to mention the long black/brown hair on my "clean" towels.
All I wanted was a decent night of sleep before attending the funeral that I was in town for.
This was one of the better hotels in Marietta. The operative word, of course, being "was." Common sense and decent service are not to be found at this hotel. We thought we would save a little money by staying here. I highly suggest going to the Hampton Inn instead as the building may be a bit older but the service is always good.

Summary: I called 45 minutes before check in and asked about the incidental fee and was informed by Chrissy I would not have to pay that since the room was paid for already and they would use the card on file since it was a digital card payment. GREAT!
When I checked in that was not the case, this is after Chrissy tried to find her glasses for 15 mins while cursing and leaving me standing at the front desk. I was then informed I had to use a different type of payment for the $25 incidental fee… I refreshed her memory about our phone conversation, not 45 minutes earlier. She then proceeded to tell me that that wasn’t her, and I said well on the phone you said your name was Chrissy and your name badge says Chrissy… she stated again that that was not her that I spoke to, after when I walked into the lobby told her my name she then said oh yes, I remember. I don’t know what was going on with her, but you may want to consider somebody else for your front desk.

Summary: I've stayed here before and really like this place. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I only wish there was a tv guide channel and the coke machine on the 4th floor had anything in it.
