Our house is a 1 story ranch home that has just been renovated and designed perfectly for a short or long stay. Our team is available and in the area night and day. If a guest needs any assistance during their stay, we are happy to help.
The Space:
Our house is a 1 story ranch home that has just been renovated and designed perfectly for a short or long stay.
Our driveway has parking for 2 cars, and free street parking for 1 is available. Once inside you are greeted with a large open living room and a pop of color! The living room is open to the dinning area and kitchen. Our kitchen is all brand new, and fully equipped for your group to prepare a meal.
Our house provides and open kitchen and living room with a dinning table as well as 3 bedrooms, and 1 full bath. Enjoy 1 king bed, and 2 queen beds that each have a brand new memory foam mattress!
The large bedroom has a king bed, and the 2 smaller bedrooms have a queen bed. 2 bedrooms have mounted smart TVs!
The Neighborhood:
Nestled in North East Columbus, our house is a 10 min drive to OSU or Downtown, and 13 min to the Airport. We are on a quite street, in a quaint, working-class area. We are lucky to be surrounded by good neighbors and families in our area. We are not from some great city parks.

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
