Welcome to our Lakeside Paradise at Apple Valley Lake, a luxurious lakefront sanctuary designed for the ultimate lakeside living experience. Nestled in the heart of Apple Valley Lake, our spacious home combines comfort, elegance, and the natural beauty of one of the area’s most picturesque lakes.

• Sleeping Quarters: This home comfortably accommodates up to 10-12 guests. It features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, including two with king-size beds and two others with six single beds, total. A convenient pull-out couch is also available for additional guests.

• Expansive Deck: Step out to the vast, covered deck, directly connected to the house, ideal for outdoor meals, yoga at sunrise, or soaking in the panoramic views of Apple Valley Lake. Not to mention the second covered patio on the walkout level that has a covered 6 person hot tub, 70in smart TV and expansive seating area.
• Lakeside Patio: Down by the dock, a charming patio offers a serene spot to relax and enjoy the water’s edge with a large fire pit to enjoy the evenings at. Never mind the outdoor TV to catch local THE Ohio State Buckeye games on with a full bar seating area!
• No Wake Zone: Our prime location in the middle of Apple Valley Lake includes a ‘no wake’ zone in front of our dock, providing a safe, calm area for swimming and relaxing by the water. (Approximately 4ft deep off of the dock)
