Our house is 2 bedroom, cozy open concept living/kitchen area. Large fenced in yard. Located on a quite family friendly dead-end street. We prefer no pets but can negotiate and apply the listed $50 fee if you are willing to keep in crate when not home. Our home has all the amenities you can think of:

As well as about 45/60 mins from Columbus or Cincinnati
We are not on property unless needed. I will check the mail outside a few mornings a week & Check trash gets out & put back away. Other than that we are only 10mins away
