Snow does accumulate so be prepared during winter of any weather advisories. 4 wheel drive required winter time to get to cabin, approx 4 miles of unpaved roads with steep inclines. 4 WD or Rear wheel drive is recommended during times of snow in Prescott. During the summer months a high clearance vehicle is recommended since the road the home is off of is a bit bumpy the last few miles.
