When you walk up to the house, look at the red door, and you'll see a smart lock. Touch the Yale symbol to activate the smart lock. Using the code you were given, press the numbers on the keypad, then press the checkmark to unlock the door. Open the door. When you open the door, you'll notice a hallway with beautiful floors. Enter and close the door behind you. Do not lock the bottom lock (it's covered for a reason). To your left is the main office and next to it is the coat closet. Walk past the office. Across from the coat closet is a bench to sit on to take off your shoes. Place your shoes under the bench or in the coat closet. Hang your coat up in the closet as well, if it's that season. Stand up and keep walking. To your left, you will see what is actually the dining room that is being used as the piano room. Across from the piano room, is the stairs to upstairs; it is to your right. At the end of that hallway and after the piano room is the living room. In front of you, the living room has two windows with curtains up to the ceiling; the windows look out to the large, fenced backyard. Between the two windows, you'll see a gas fireplace. If you walk into the living room, to your left, you'll see a 65" smart tv. However, if you turn to your right, you'll see a bar with two seating and the entrance to the large eat-in kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, tall cabinets, and a large island in the middle with five stools. To the right of the kitchen is the partial mudroom with entrance options to either the half bathroom, the garage, or the door that leads down to the basement. In front of you and after the large island is a big window. To your left of the kitchen is the morning room, which is being used as the dining room. The morning room has windows all around that let a lot of light in. Turn left into the morning room and then another left to walk towards the sliding door to the backyard. Outside the sliding door is the deck with deck furniture, table and chairs, and a fire display on the table. Off the deck is a large backyard with a fire pit and four chairs as well as a playset.
To get to the second floor, we walk back into the morning room, then the kitchen, then the living room, and finally at the end of the entrance hallway where there's a stair that leads upstairs. Go upstairs. At the top of the stairs and straight ahead of you is the laundry room. It has an HE washer and dryer. While still at the top of the stairs, if you look to your left, you'll see a nicely decorated full bathroom with double sinks, chrome faucets, black knobs and hardware, black vanity lights, gray walls, and green accents. Do not go into the bathroom. While still at the top of the stairs, look to your right and walk around the banister to face the opposite direction. On that walkway, the first door to your left is the Orange Room. The Orange Room is nicely decorated with a full-size bed, a 43" smart tv, a long closet with orange hangers, storage, a desk with a chair, seating, and more. Keep walking past that room and the next door to your left is the Blue Room. The Blue Room is nicely decorated with a queen-sized bed, a 43" smart tv, a regular-sized closet with blue hangers, storage, a desk with a chair, seating, and more. At the end of that walkway, you can walk right into the Green Room. The Green Room is nicely decorated with two full-sized beds, a 55" smart tv, storage, a desk with an office chair, double seating, and more. The Green Room also has a walk-in closet and it is currently the second largest bedroom in the house. But before you walk into the Green Room, turn right.
After you turn right, to your right is the railing that looks over to the stairs, to your left will be the linen closet, and right in front of you will be the Purple Room, aka the master bedroom. it is currently the largest bedroom in the house. If you walk into the Purple Room, you'll see two king-sized beds with white bedding in front of you, nightstands on both outer ends, and a decorative stand in the middle of the beds. To your left of the door is the 55" smart tv on a real wood TV stand and if you keep walking that way you'll see a nice desk with a nice faux leather midback office chair as well as a walk-in closet to the left (it is being used as storage) that has a keypad. But we're not going that way. Instead, while in the doorway, look in front of you towards the right of the feature wall. A beautiful full-standing mirror is leaning against that wall (purple wall); the mirror is next to the right nightstand. The mirror is also near the door that leads to the master bathroom (the door on the right of the room). On the other side of that bathroom door is a dresser with a mirror (the right bedroom wall). Walk into the master bathroom. When you walk in, to your right you will see a double sink vanity with gold fixtures and faucets, and black knobs. To your left, you'll see the master bathroom shower with a white shower curtain. The shower door has black trim and the faucets are gold. If you keep walking into the bathroom, to your left and right next to the shower, you'll see the master bathroom tub. Across from the tub is a door leading to the toilet area. However, if you keep walking, straight ahead you'll walk into a large walk-in closet. Now, let's go back downstairs to check out more.
At the bottom of the stairs and while on the first floor, turn left into the living room, then right into the kitchen. Walk past the refrigerator and turn right to go into the partial mudroom area. Almost in front of you but a little bit to your right is the door that leads to the garage. The garage is currently being used as storage so it has a keypad on it. However, to your left is the half bathroom, which is decorated in aqua and silver. It has chrome faucets and hardware and a pedestal sink. But we're not going in there. Instead, turn to your right and you'll see a door that leads to the basement. Please read the basement rules on the door. Open the door walk down into the finished section of the basement. At the bottom of the stairs, to your left you'll see a door on the left wall with a keypad--that's a storage room. However, before walking to that door, look to the left right beside the stairs where the light switches are and you'll see a plastic 3-drawer storage unit and a portable rack with hangers for those utilizing the basement for sleeping. Now, back to the right of that storage door on that left wall, you'll see a twin rollaway bed, a desk with a chair and light, and another twin rollaway bed. While still standing at the bottom of the stairs, I want you to look to your right, you'll see a movie area in the back corner. Red curtains flank where the picture will show from the projector that's behind one of the black futons. Both black futons can convert into a double bed. Behind the main futon facing the red curtains is shelving for the projector and blue-ray and then another shelving for more storage. Now, face right after coming down the stairs. To your left is the area I just described. The red curtains are on the left wall in the direction you're facing. To your right and behind the futons and projector is a round table with 4 chairs. A black bookcase is on the wall against the stairs (so right beside you). Now, in front of you, all the way against the wall is a long red table. Next to that table is a small refrigerator with a microwave and toaster on top. Beside the refrigerator, but on the right wall, is another door with a keypad--that is being used as a storage room.
