Positive: It’s location was convenient. Furniture was nice. And staff were accommodating.

Negative: The only concern I had is the weatherstripping at the base of the door. It any didn’t weatherstripping which left an open gap for the occasional ant and spider to come in.

Summary: Overall welcoming and willing to be accommodating.
