We are a channel front property that comes with a boat dock and have a boat ramp on site. We have campfire rings and grills. We are across the channel from Froggy's, Tilton Hilton, Acheson's, and a short boat ride from Cranberry Resort, The Donut Shop, and several beaches. We're also a short car ride to ice cream and morning specialty coffees.
The living area includes a reclining leather sofa and chair with a 50" Roku Smart TV,
Spectrum, and WiFi. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a queen and one with a full-size bed. Kitchen area includes refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker. Porch area is enclosed with a dining table and futon overlooking the channel.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very cute, perfect for us 4. Very clean, had everything we needed. It was the perfect spot on the channel with a boat dock right in front of the cottage. A very short ride over to Froggys and other great establishments around the lake. We would highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!
