Free parking along the length of the aparment complex (first come first serve) however, if you have more than 2 cars, the parking may be limited. There are plenty of sidewalks to take a stroll and a mini pet park in the back.
The coin laundry rooms are located up one flight of stairs on the second floor of the building.
Security cameras are posted all around the exterior of each building and in every hallway for added security.
Fully furnished unit with a full kitchen, Aveda brand toiletries, cleaning items, board games, popular novels and childrens books, two 50-55in TV's, themed decor, and a sofa with a pull-out full bed!

IMPORTANT- This neighborhood is central and calm during the day, however it's important to note to be mindful of your surroundings and to keep any vehicles/packages/doors properly secured to avoid any possible safety issues.
