Located in a private subdivision, this dog-friendly (pet fee applies*) cabin with hot tub is perfect for large groups and familyretreats to the mountains. With a spacious four bed/four bath floor plan on three levels, there is plenty of privacy for every guest. There are shared amenities of a pavilion picnic area in the subdivision.
Upstairs is a loft bedroom with a queenbed and chair that pulls out into a sleeper. The main floor master bedroom has a king bed and features cathedral ceilings and its own private deck. There is another bedroom on the other side of the main floor with a queen bed and twin bed.A large screened-in back porch is off the main floor and is perfect to relax and look out into the woods. Downstairs is another bedroom with a fireplace and king size bed as well as the game room featuring a bumper pool table.
The cabin is located 9 minutes (3.8 miles) from Wolf Mountain Vineyards, and 16 minutes (8.2 miles) from downtown Dahlonega.

This cabin is located in a gated community, but has great privacy. Gate code will be provided prior to stay. Please check your email after reservation for check-in instructions.

Property Notes:
- We have a Ring doorbell camera and one exterior security camera facing the driveway.
- The bedroom on the second floor is set back in the loft enough to have privacy, but it does not have a door.
- The bedroom in the basement does not have a door except the one in the stairwell.
- DO NOT bring RVs or trailers. You will NOT be able turn around in the parking area.
- The property is located at the end of a single lane, paved road with pullovers that is steep in places.
- Do not mail anything to yourself at this address as there is no access to the mailbox.
Important things to know:
• Dogs are allowed with our pet fee of $85 plus tax per dog. If you've added dogs to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional dogs after booking. Please inquire before booking if you have more than 4 pets.
• There is a $37 damage protection waiver included in the base rate for this property. It covers guests for up to $750 in accidental damages, if guest reports damage that happens during their stay. Intentional damage, unreported damage, or anything exceeding $750 will be charged to the guest's payment method.
• Our cabin has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide both types of coffee.
• We offer firewood available on-site to purchase for $10 per bundle (including tax). We can also arrange a delivery of 50 pieces for $60 (including tax) if you let us know 7 days in advance of your stay. Please message us if you are interested.
• The gas to the fireplace is turned off from May 1 to October 1.
• We have a propane grill, and we provide propane.
• Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $25 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $25 per hour.
• The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay.
