Plenty of parking and walking distance to downtown. Furnished in minimalist style, the 2 Br have queen beds and the living area has a couch and inflatable air mattress. Sleeps 4 in 2 queen beds and 1 adult or 2 kids on the couch. Main bedroom has a private screened porch, the living area has an additional larger porch facing the south quiet side of the island. Internet, Smart TV, equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances. coin operated laundry nearby closes at 8pm to 8 am. hairdryer, towels, bedsheets, inflatable air mattress, vacuum cleaner and basic cleaning supplies, you control the electric, heat and AC. renters insurance is strongly recommended.
Put-in-Bay is legendary for it's nightlife, but this area is the quiet side. Everyone walks down to the main strip and you are literally 500 feet from Adventure Bay and the batting cages. Phase II construction is done. 2 outdoor gas Weber grills are at the cabana, basically 100 feet away. outdoor lounging and sunbathing is common. There is no pool on site, but multiple on the island and in walking distance. on-island General Store has everything you would need for cooking, baking. Hardware store is less than 1/2 block right next to the gas station. Rates are subject to change until confirmed and payment made. This unit requires a min 28 day lease, and preference is given to long-term seasonal renters. This is not the type of area typically visited by weekenders. Long-term seasonal renters. Not really advised if you are looking for a 100% wild, loud, crazy time. However, you can get as loud and crazy downtown at the bars and listen to bands, dance etc. and then stumble back here and chill out or go to bed. But, Banyan Cove is residential and other tenants who live here year round will be upset. This is a good safe place to be after hours. There is a good happy vibe here most of the time and everyone looks out for everyone else, neighbors stop in to socialize and have a drink and talk about their week. kids and dogs run loose during the day and people come and go constantly to the pools and restaurants etc.
