It's a private cozy two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom. The house is older and the floors are wooden, so you may hear a squeak or two. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms for your comfort and one stand-up fan in the living room. I have coffee makers, a blender for smoothies, food chopper for making quick meals.
If you are working in the area (perhaps at a corporation like P&G) and need to acclimate yourselves to the area before buying your own home, please contact us for further information.
Washing machines are available to guests and they are in the basement.
We have a new furnace and it works great. No need for space heaters.
Other things to note
Bath tub is a little pitted, but very clean.
I ask that you please provide a photo of yourself in your profile, not one of your dog or pet. Although it's always nice to see a pet, we like to see the folks staying with us.
Doors do not lock behind you, please deadbolt the door lock, especially Front Door to house.
You can park in the driveway for loading and unloading, just not in the back of the house. There is plenty of off-street parking available right in front of the house.
You will have to climb steps, but only getting up to the front door. The apartment is one level.
