3 Bedroom Cabin in Edgartown

PLEASE NOTE THE HOUSE IS NOT HEATED AND SO NOT AVAILABLE BETWEEN OCTOBER AND JUNE.
Located a mile and a half down north neck road providing privacy with both sunrise and sunset vistas across over 180 degrees of water view. 3 bedroom cabin with wrap around deck looking down on cape poge pond. Private beach area on the pond.
There is both public access to cape poge gut fishing and a chip and putt golf course just down the road. The chappy ferry provides quick access to downtown Edgartown for dining and shopping within walking distance.
Wasque reservation is a short drive away for south beach swimming and fishing.
The house is old vineyard style and does not have cable tv or a dishwasher. Cell reception is variable and a land line is provided for local calls.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a toilet and sink; the middle bedroom has a double bed and the north bedroom has twin beds. Sheets, pillow cases and light blankets are provided.
There is an outdoor shower. Towels are provided. The deck includes a pergola for shade; a table with umbrella cover and numerous deck chairs. There is a Weber charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. In addition to stove and refrigerator, the kitchen is furnished with pots and pans, plates and cups, cutlery, microwave and drip coffee maker.

Summary: I have been coming to Vineyard and/or Chappaquidick every yr since 1980. This is my favorite house. 3 season rustic. It is down a long dirt road, great water view, I minute walk to the bay. 7 minute walk to the "Gut". Unfortunately, owner is selling the house and it likely will no longer be for rent.
