The loft is fully furnished and all utilities, parking, HOA, etc. is included. Pets are welcome. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement. THE CONDO COMPLEX - Key fob access is required to enter the building. The complex has a mail room on the first floor that will be the location for all Amazon, UPS, etc. drop-offs. THE UNIT - Because it's on the roof you will have to walk up a flight of stairs to access the unit after taking the elevator to the top floor. The unit has no neighboring units at all (no one is above you, next to you, and there is a large concrete foundation that separates the noise from units below you - all making the unit incredibly quiet from noise coming from neighbors). The unit is fully furnished with everything you will need, and if you have any belongings that you want to store, you have access to a secure storage area in the basement of the condo complex. The unit includes an outdoor patio that is completely private, and right across from the patio door is the building's public patio that is great for enjoying the city skyline. PARKING - there are two covered and private (gate key access required) parking spaces that are located in the parking garage connected to the condo complex (you can walk to your car without having to go outside, and it takes approximately 3 minutes to walk from the car to the unit). There is a grocery cart provided to help transport groceries from your car to the unit. Guests will have access to two parking spaces, the entire unit (including private patio), and a storage unit in the basement of the building.
