This open floor concept home with vaulted ceilings has an abundance of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel kitchen appliances. The large quartz top island seats six comfortably with a separate high top table for additional seating. As you continue through the main floor of the cottage, there are three bedrooms, a half bath and a full bath. Two of the bedrooms have sliding glass doors to the back patio. Upstairs is a spacious loft with two twin trundle beds and plenty of room for additional guests if needed.

The home is tucked away in a quiet cal-de-sac where kids can ride bikes, roller blade or play in the park across the street. Ideally located near beautiful open water, you're in the perfect spot for a variety of water sports including boating, jet skiing, tubing, and fishing.
