Summary: Well, had a late night arrival time. Night clerk was ok. Not particularly friendly but not rude. Computer showed no rooms in inventory. Overheard when she called someone for help. No type of explanation for delay. Check in took a lot longer than should have with prepaid. Property needs update and maintenance. Side door room card reader had sign about battery is dead so only good to exit. Not convenient when only parking left was on side of building. Room was very clean. Towels and sheets have seen better days but clean. Very neat and well presented for what was there. No lamp by bed. Bed was hard and not comfortable at all. I like extra firm but this was hard! Breakfast was something to just walk by and don't even look at. Good only to stay for a night. Not isolated to this hotel in the area, quality of all have dropped in last few years. And I used to really like super 8.
