Our building is in a hot new neighborhood in downtown Columbus called the River South District. It's artsy, funky, and modern.
Our place is nestled along the river, practically next door to COSI and a stone's throw from Bicentennial Park. You'll love all the art and hand-painted murals.
New breweries, coffee shops, and restaurants are opening up constantly (there are several opening on the first floor of our building right now!).
It's super easy to get anywhere downtown from our place...by car, bicycle, scooter, Uber/Lyft, walking, etc.
When we give people tours of our place, many of them end up saying they'd love to live here. :)
Access is easy! You'll have a code for the building, as well as the apartment. The whole apartment is yours to enjoy during your stay. As our guest, you'll also have access to the all community amenities: fitness center, gourmet coffee station, resort-style pool, and more.

It's super easy to get anywhere in the city from our place. There's a bike/walking trail onsite that goes through downtown, plus a scooter drop-off right outside our building! We have 24/7 availability of Uber/Lyft etc. Many attractions are within walking distance. One parking pass for the on-site garage is included. Extra passes are $5/night upon request.

Cats and dogs <75 lbs are welcome to join you during your stay (2 pets max) with approval in advance. No commonly restricted breeds please. A recent copy of vet records will be required for dogs. $10/night pet fee.
