3 Bedroom Cabin in Woodland Park

“I lift up my eyes to the mountains. Where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.” Psalm 121
WELCOME TO THE GLEN IN WOODLAND PARK, COLORADO
Some places are made to be an escape. The Glen was made to be your return.
A return to the simple stillness of life and the goodness of God’s creation.
Just minutes from downtown Woodland Park, The Glen sits tucked into a private seven acre mountain valley framed by towering aspens, pines, and granite rock formations, with living spring water moving through the property. Guests describe it as “the perfect mixture of seclusion and serenity,” a place where you can “truly appreciate God’s creation.”
This is not a neighborhood cabin. This is your own 7 acre private Aspen valley!
A FIVE STAR STANDARD, BUILT BY FAMILY
The Glen is family built, family owned, and family operated with the highest level of care and love. We do not manage this from afar. We are hands on, detail focused, and intentional about delivering a stay that feels effortless and elevated.
Guests regularly call the property “immaculate” with “attention to every detail,” and describe the experience as “like stepping into a custom-built home.” Many say it is the nicest vacation property they have ever stayed in, and that the hosting “raised the bar” and set “a new standard.” The reason is simple. Every space was designed, built, and cared for like it matters, because it does.
OVERNIGHT OCCUPANCY
Maximum overnight guests: 7 total, with up to 6 adults.
You are booking two separate cabins together with the entire 7 acre grounds as one private retreat package.
STAY LENGTH
Two night minimum. Seven night maximum. Message the host anytime with questions before booking. *with season exceptions.
A RETREAT FOR EVERY SEASON
Spring and summer at The Glen are bright and alive. Wildflowers return, the valley greens up, and the sound of water pairs with birds and mountain air. Mornings are cool and crisp. Evenings stretch long, perfect for slow dinners outside, firelight under the stars, opened bedroom windows and the kind of sleep you only get in the mountains.
Autumn brings golden aspens, crisp air, fall smells, and that unmistakable Colorado stillness. Days are made for long hikes, scenic drives, and cool afternoons. Nights are made for a hot spa, steamy sauna, hot chocolate, and smores over a firepit under the stars!
Then winter arrives, and the valley turns into a private snow covered wonderland. Soak in the hot tub while snow falls. Step into the panoramic barrel sauna and watch the trees go still. Come back inside, warm your hands by the fireplace, and feel everything slow down to the pace it was always meant to be.
CHRISTMAS AT THE GLEN
A favorite season to visit from November 25 through January 25 each year. During Christmas, The Glen is transformed with first class, designer holiday decor inside both cabins and throughout the outdoor spaces. Thousands of outdoor white lights wrap the property, creating a magical glow across the valley that guests call unforgettable. Guests have called Christmas at The Glen "Magical" and "an unforgettable memory!"

Guests talk about “listening to the wind in the trees while relaxing in the hot tub,” and soaking “under the stars and while the snow fell” as a highlight of their stay. Every deck and lounge space was designed for one thing: your reset.

Summary: Just like the listing describes and more. From the moment you arrive, you are dropped into a slice of paradise tucked back in nature but surprisingly, so close to everything you could ever want to explore or do. The main house is beautiful and comfortable and is bright and light with nothing but God's creation to look at out of the many windows. The spa and hot tub were amazing to use, morning, noon or night as was the top deck and fire pit. I spent each morning having a coffee while sitting in the hot tub and enjoying all of the surrounding beauty in quiet repose of the awakening day. I spent each night in the sauna in the quiet dead of night. The host, Matt, is one of the most responsive and friendly hosts I've ever encountered and he was the most accommodating for sure. He was available via text or to drop by at any moment where needed. There is plenty of space for friends to hang or a family to relax and enjoy all that this area has to offer. The location is amazing as you are close to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, hiking, restaurants and shopping, yet you are so far away from it all when you stay at The Glen. This was one of the most relaxing places I've stayed in all my travels and using short-term rentals. The only thing I regret is not being able to stay longer. I will definitely stay here again if ever in this area again.
