From there, the arched entryway leads to the formal dining area, where a gorgeous wood table comfortably seats six. The bright, window‑filled kitchen opens to the backyard through sliding glass doors and is a chef’s dream with a Viking range, farmhouse sink, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee, tea and espresso makers. On this level you’ll also find access to the furnished front porch – perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

The fully refinished basement is designed for entertainment. Enjoy movie nights in the theatre room with an 85‑inch TV, Sonos speaker, a huge and comfortable sectional and an Ekornes Stressless chair and ottoman. There’s also a very spacious full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a full‑length mirror and granite vanity. A lobby area downstairs provides space for coats and shoes, and the adjoining laundry room doubles as an exercise area, so you can keep up your routines even while traveling.
