The Space:
First let’s address parking. In Cleveland’s oldest neighborhood, parking is a challenge or a short walk at best! The driveway is very tight but you should be able to get a small car in there. You can also try parking upfront tight to the house at your own risk (never got a ticket there but there could be a first!) The safer bet is on W 19th across from the Nestle plant!
Enter the home and you will be greeted by a comfortable living space with a large modern smart tv to watch all your streaming favorites. Just past the living room is a large dining space. The back of the house features a well stocked kitchen as well as access to the rear patio, very private and fenced in!
In this Century home which still retains much of it’s century old charm while bringing you new amenities, You will find 2 bedrooms and a small office. The Master bedroom is upstairs, be careful on those century old steep steps, and covers most of the floor plan of the main house. You will find a very spacious queen sleeping area and a sectioned off living space (Which could also be converted into a sleeping area for 1 or 2 on the convertible futon.) The sitting area has its own big screen streaming TV! Washer and Dryer are also there for your use.
The downstairs bedroom is a little tight but can sleep 1, 2 or 3 in the single/full bunk bed!....great for Kiddos, or those tag along guests!
The office is equipped with some monitors, wireless printer, desk, office chair as well as a comfy reading chair! If you are here to work….we have got you covered!
The bathroom is located off of the kitchen and is stocked with all you need including soap, shampoo, hair dryer and plenty of towels.
There is portable heater upstairs to use for your comfort. This is a powerful heater and will heat the whole upstairs well over a couple of hours. Please set it on low or medium settings, never high, so it does not blow the breaker.

Our property is located in Tremont, two houses down from the Nestle facility and less than a walkable mile from West Side Market and the bustling W 25th St district as well as the Towpath Trail, an 87 mile trail which runs south to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
Tremont is a neighborhood on the West Side of Cleveland, Ohio. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the district sits just south of the Ohio City neighborhood. It is bounded by the Cuyahoga Valley to the north and east, MetroHealth medical center to the south, and West 25th Street and Columbus Road to the west.
Tremont is one of Cleveland's oldest neighborhoods, and was historically home to many immigrant groups, including Germans, Greeks, and East Slavs. It has numerous historic churches including Pilgrim Congregational UCC (founded in 1859),St. Augustine (1893), St. John Cantius (1898), and St. Theodosius Russian Orthodox Cathedral (1912). The neighborhood has seen significant growth in recent decades and is today home to many restaurants and art galleries.
Getting Around:
Travel by car is the most popular choice but being only 1.5 miles from downtown, it is a shorty Lyft/Uber from most venues to our home. Lyfts and Ubers are always readily available

Located just south of downtown and west of the Cuyahoga River, Tremont is the only urban community along the Towpath Trail in Cleveland. Walkable, bikeable and family-friendly, Tremont offers many residential options, from Victorian to modern homes, duplexes and apartments.

EXTENSION REQUEST:

Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.
NOTE:
