Welcome to Willowbury Estate, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This beautiful, new construction home is perfect for your next Door County get-a-way! On the main level you will find a large kitchen with upgraded appliances and all of your cooking needs. The family room has 2 large couches, a gas fireplace and lots of windows for great natural lighting! Move over to the large dining area for family dinner or game nights. The master bedroom is also located on the first floor and has a king size bed, a Smart TV, and a full size en suite.

Head upstairs to find 2 more bedrooms, one with a king bed, and the other with 2 queen beds. These bedrooms share a full size bathroom on the upper level.

Only 1 mile to the beautiful Ephraim Beach and less than 2 miles to Peninsula State Park and Peninsula Golf Course!

*This is a quiet community with residential neighbors. This home is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions or other rowdy gatherings.

We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.

We also supply one travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash per full bathroom.

Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.

Summary: This is a great place in great location. Its surrounded by trees and a few homes nearby. You feel like you are way out in the woods but you are within 10 to twenty minutes of fish creek and sister bay. Loved the outdoor area and the firepit. My family had an excellent trip.
