The boat sits on its own hillside location with an open yard, surrounded by woods, cow fields and lots of wildlife. The boat is fully furnished with 3 separate sleeping quarters and plenty of deck space. An efficiency galley kitchen gives you the chance to create easy meals or snacks to enjoy while sitting outside. There is an outdoor grill or fire pit with a cooking grate. Explore our many miles of hiking trails that lead throughout our farmstead or just sit and relax in the jacuzzi. The shared Pond is just 3/4 of a mile on the other side of the hill.
