• Pots and pans are located in the bottom drawer of the stove.
If anything is broken or damaged or simply isn't working properly, please report it to us ASAP.
Other things to note:
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHAT SO EVER. There is a doorbell camera present on the exterior for security and guest safety. DO NOT move or tamper with them. We will be able to see if people outside your group comes to the unit. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.
Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs.

PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING: •Stolen towels: $10 •Smoking in the home: $150 •Excessive cleaning if place is left filthy w/trash everywhere: $150 •If any property appliances are stolen/taken during your stay, you are solely responsible and will be charged accordingly. If you damage home, you may be charged up to $500
