Positive: Location is beautiful, and the house is very charming! The main room is extremely spacious for hanging out in, with a nice large table. There is another small room with a table just off the kitchen as well. It is an older building, but all appliances and plumbing worked well. Plenty of room for 5 people, 3 of us had our own rooms, and 2 shared the two twin beds room. Lots of storage and places to put things for a long stay. Very quiet, the neighbors aren't close by, and it's set away from the road, and you can walk in the woods nearby. Still decently close to town, a well-equipped Kroger is 20 min away by car. The hot tub was wonderful to have as well. The property managers are kind and easy to get ahold of for questions and for more towels, but they try to minimize visits to the property so as not to bother. Kitchen was decently equipped and has lots of storage, but not a ton of space for more than one person to be in there cooking. The place was cleaned and ready for us when we arrived. If you prefer a darker room, the rooms downstairs have curtains. The room upstairs and the one above the garage don't have curtains, so those are good for those who wake with the sun. We overall enjoyed our stay and had a relaxing time. I would definitely recommend this for those who want to relax in the woods with friends. This place doesn't allow pets, so it's great if you have allergies.

Negative: Wifi is slow with multiple people and devices on it, but the TV connected fine so we could stream movies. The room above the garage gets cold easily if you leave the door closed, so it's best to leave the door at the bottom of the stairs open to heat the room. If you visit in winter and get cold easily, it's best to bring some extra blankets with you. I recommend cleaning dishware in the kitchen in case previous guests were not as thorough.

Summary: We had a nice, relaxing, and quiet stay in this absolutely lovely home.
