As you ascend the arced driveway up to the property, you’ll see the expansive wrap-around deck built amongst the trees, offering a gas grill and plenty of gathering / dining seating spaces, access to the firepit and hot tub and stunning views of your own valley / sunsets / snowscapes / woods. Entering the main house on the first floor, you’ll find a living room with flat screen TV, leather sofa and chairs, wood burning fireplace and ½ bath. The eat-in kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, island seating and all the essentials for preparing / making / serving meals. Two sizeable windows flanking the sink ensure you never miss views of the grove, even while cooking or cleaning-up! Step-up into the dining room where ample seating for 10 is complemented by a large bay window affording stunning views of the surrounding woods. Steps away is the generous-sized family room featuring walls of windows, flat screen TV, leather sofa and chairs, as well as access to the deck. Three bedrooms and a full bathroom can be found off the main hallway. The finished basement is home to the fourth bedroom, second full bathroom and ‘hangout’ room with flat screen TV and air hockey table. Double doors provide convenient access to the firepit and covered hot tub.

CHECK-OUT is 11 AM ET the day of your departure. Please adhere to the following check-out rules:
1) Trash - Empty all garbage cans and place in the dumpster at the bottom of the driveway.
2) Linens - Strip all used bedding and place on the floor in the bedrooms; place all used towels on the floor in the bathrooms.
3) Refrigerator - Remove all items from the refrigerator and freezer and dispose in the trash cans provided outside.
HVAC – Configured to maximize your comfort! Heating can be set up to 74° and cooling down to 68°.
HOT TUB – The hot tub is properly treated for use & always remains “on” to recirculate the water. The temperature is set to maintain optimal heat; please do not adjust. Failure to adhere to Hot Tub safety rules may result in additional fees.
SMOKING – Prohibited inside; you may smoke outside, but please respect the property & dispose of all butts/remnants which may have been discarded on the grounds. An additional cleaning fee will be assessed If evidence of smoking is found inside the property.
EVENTS - All weddings and/or events/parties must be pre-approved by the owner. An additional fee will be assessed accordingly.
