Hidden Ridge is a cozy log cabin located in the heart of hocking hills. You will love the location and surroundings of this hidden gem. The cabin is tucked into the deep woods and is very secluded. The interior is lined with knotty pine on the walls and ceiling and is very spacious. The couch reclines and is very cozy. and the 65" TV is perfect for movie watching.
The queen bed is very comfortable and it is so quiet at night, you may just put the fan on just to add background sound. .Hiking trails are right outside your door that lead to Airplane Rock, Chapel Falls and 21 Horse Cave. The deck with hot tub provides amazing views, sitting high above the forest. Hidden Ridge is truly a cabin in the woods! AWD/4WD recommended in all seasons.

Summary: The cabin definitely was like an older style house trying to look like a cabin. The bathroom and kitchen were outdated and not clean in my opinion. There were dead bugs in the light fixtures. The bath had rust stains. Blinds were broke in the bedroom. The bedroom was very small but the bed was comfy. The tv should have had a mount that pulled out and angled towards the couch bc the remote would only work if you were standing up. My feet got very dirty from walking in the house barefoot. This was my first rental experience and i think I’ll stick to hotels. I was not impressed at all.
