Thunder Falls at Happy Pinecone, an outdoor enthusiast retreat. This cozy cabin is situated next to a seasonal waterfall, cliff and cave. A private trail leads you there and many other property features. Take in the surrounding beauty while relaxing in the hot tub, sitting on the front porch or enjoying the firepit. Inside our modern, updated cabin we have memory foam queen beds, rainfall shower and a fireplace to complete the ambiance. The kitchen is fully stocked including a propane grill.

Cabin Rules:
- Check Out at 11 AM. Please do the following before you leave: Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it, Hand wash wash all pots/pans/knives, Turn off all lights, Lock all doors.
- No visitors, only registered guests.
- Noise curfew at 10:30 PM.
- No refunds will be made due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. loss of electricity, bad weather, slow internet, etc.).
- 4-wheel drive vehicles recommended in the winter months . The driveway is gravel and somewhat steep in places. It can be slippery during inclement weather. There are no refunds due to inclement weather or vehicle getting stuck.
- Clean shoes and dog paws prior to entering.
- No discharging firearms on property.
- Dogs under 25 pounds are permitted with a $100 pet fee, no cats. They will love the property! We ask that you keep your dogs leashed when outside, clean your dogs very well before they enter the cabin, and try to keep them off the beds and furniture. If they do go on the furniture and beds, we ask that you please bring a sheet/blanket/etc to cover the comforters and couch when they lay on them so we can keep them in good condition for future guests... We will charge a minimum fee of $250 if linens or couch are destroyed.
- Place trash in marked trash cans.
- Please do NOT enter the hot tub dirty and wash off before getting in.
- Fires in fire pits only.
Happy Pinecone Trail/Common Ground Rules:
- PLEASE ENJOY TRAILS AT YOUR OWN RISK. STAY ON MARKED TRAIL AT ALL TIMES, OFF-TRAIL USE & CLIMBING STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Please stay on marked trails (we are building more!).
- We marked the property boundaries with orange tape, please stay inside the tape and on marked trails.
- Driveway speed limit is 10 mph. Please be respectful of our neighbors and other guests and do not go any faster than this.
- Please do not contact our neighbors or go onto their land as they value their privacy. They have the first 2 two houses on the right of the driveway (driving toward our property) before the Happy Pinecone sign.
- Leave no trace on trails (e.g. pick up trash, dog poop, etc.).
- We do not own much property between the Happy Pinecone sign and Bigham Road and as such please do not explore past that sign toward the road.
- Dogs must be leashed at all times.
